From Overwhelmed to Anchored is a 6-week, faith-centered journey designed to help high-achieving women like you step off the treadmill of overfunctioning and into divine alignment. Through intentional teaching, reflection, and Spirit-led strategy, you’ll move from overwhelmed to anchored — learning how to lead, rest, and thrive at God’s pace, not the world’s. Each week focuses on a powerful truth that restores order to your leadership and peace to your life. Together, we’ll uncover how striving has replaced surrender, how pressure has replaced purpose, and how you can exchange burnout for balance through Kingdom rhythms that work. From redefining rest as a leadership strategy to reclaiming your identity in Christ, you’ll walk away with practical frameworks and spiritual insights that help you: ➤ Lead from overflow, not depletion ➤ Rebuild your daily rhythms with grace and clarity ➤ Anchor your worth in who you are, not what you do ➤ Create a personalized “God’s Pace Plan” to sustain your peace long after the course ends Every session blends biblical truth, reflective journaling, and guided action — equipping you to apply what you learn in real time. By the end of six weeks, you’ll be grounded, confident, and spiritually refreshed — ready to lead boldly in your home, career, and calling with a new awareness of God’s presence and peace. Cancellation Policy
While we are committed to providing you with the best possible support and guidance on your journey, it is essential to understand that the outcomes of program services may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, as individual circumstances, efforts, and external factors play a significant role in the success of this process. Your commitment and active participation are key contributors to the overall impact of our mentoring services. Please plan to attend all scheduled classes for the given course. Due to the shortened length of the program, no rescheduled requests are permitted for missed sessions. Sessions are weekly for the duration of the course, on a set day and time. No proration of fees permitted. There are no refunds for client cancellations or missed sessions.
