​With a Bachelor’s in Accounting, an MBA, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, Sherrika thrived professionally. But behind the achievements was a woman quietly carrying the weight of expectation, exhaustion, and the pressure to be everything to everyone. She knew what it felt like to be the “strong one” in rooms that relied on her leadership yet overlooked her presence. She knew what it felt like to shine publicly and struggle privately.

But God interrupted her story.

Through prayer, surrender, and learning to lead at God’s pace, Sherrika found restoration, clarity, and alignment. She learned how to advocate for herself, honor her boundaries, prioritize her family, and step into the fullness of who God created her to be. That transformation became her assignment.
