Cancellation Policy
1. Commitment and Expectations I’m honored to walk with you on this journey of growth and transformation, rooted in God’s Word. My role is to guide, support, and equip you, but true change requires your consistent effort and spiritual commitment. This process isn’t overnight. You didn’t arrive at this point instantly, and we won’t rush God’s refining work in your life. But if you stay open, honest, and willing to do the work, I will remain fully committed to helping you grow in alignment with who God has called you to be. Let’s walk this out together — with faith, grace, and purpose. 2. Session Booking & Expiration Policy To ensure the best possible experience and mutual accountability in our work together, all 1:1 sessions must be scheduled and used within the designated time represented on your selected package. After the applicable timeframe, any remaining sessions not scheduled will be considered forfeited and no longer available for use. Refunds, extensions, or credits will not be issued for unused sessions beyond the expiration window. This policy is designed to honor your investment and encourage forward movement in your personal and professional growth. As we co-labor together, I am committed to walking with you faithfully, and I trust you’ll steward this journey with intention and grace. Should unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out proactively so we can explore potential accommodations where appropriate. 3. Intellectual Property The materials provided are for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or reselling them is strictly prohibited. Refunds and Cancellations To maintain the integrity of our program and ensure a consistent learning environment, we have a no-refund policy for cancellations or missed sessions.
