Firstfruits Circle Confidentiality & Participation Agreement

 

Welcome to Firstfruits Circle.

 

This space is intentionally created as a guided leadership sanctuary for Christian wives and mothers. To maintain trust, emotional safety, and spiritual integrity, all participants agree to uphold the following principles:

 

1. Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the privacy of all members.

 

Any personal stories, experiences, or discussions shared within Firstfruits Circle are to remain confidential and may not be shared outside of the group without explicit permission from the individual who shared them.

 

This includes:

• Personal details

• Prayer requests

• Leadership challenges

• Any identifying information about participants.

 

2. Respectful Participation

Participants agree to engage with kindness, respect, and grace.

 

This space is designed to support spiritual growth, leadership alignment, and mutual encouragement.

 

3. Sacred Environment

Firstfruits Circle is a Christ-centered environment grounded in biblical values, prayerful reflection, and guided facilitation.

 

Participants acknowledge that this is not therapy, counseling, or licensed professional services.

 

4. Personal Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for their own choices, actions, and implementation of insights gained during participation.

 

5. Technology & Recording

Participants are expected to be fully engaged during discussions. As such, we request that all participants keep their cameras on when able and ensure they are in a private, quiet environment with minimal distractions. Sessions may not be recorded, distributed, or reproduced by participants.

 

6. Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to uphold the confidentiality and participation standards of Firstfruits Circle.
