Cancellation Policy
1. Discovery Call We encourage you to schedule a free Discovery Call before enrolling. This allows us to understand your needs and ensure our program is the right fit for you. 2. Commitment and Expectations Our program requires active participation and commitment for the best results. Think of it as a partnership! We provide the tools and guidance, but your effort and action are key to your transformation. To cultivate a supportive group environment, we ask participants to commit to the full duration of their chosen group, with the option to switch groups up to two times during the 12-month program. Sessions are one hour each week on a preset day. We understand that life happens, but please note that fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated for missed sessions. 3. Intellectual Property The materials provided are for your personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or reselling them is strictly prohibited. This protects the value and exclusivity of the content for all participants. 4. Refunds and Cancellations To maintain the integrity of our groups and ensure a consistent learning environment, we have a no-refund policy for cancellations or missed sessions.
